Unable to Deliver
If you are not present when our courier attempts to deliver your order, the courier will try to call or message you. Two additional attempts will be made on consecutive days, after which your package will be returned to our fulfillment center.

Order Delays or Cancellations
We do our best to deliver all orders within the expected delivery date. However, sometimes, it might take us longer than expected to deliver your product. Split Shipments
Split Shipments We often ship orders in multiple parts so we can get you each part faster; therefore, one of the shipments may arrive in advance of another.
Orders Cancelled by Fukkuchi
Occasionally we may have to cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued
- The item is damaged in transit
We will refund the amount to your BANK ACCOUNT
Damaged on Arrival
Damage: Once the damaged order is returned and approved, then the order will be delivered in 7 days.
If your order is tampered, or visibly damaged on delivery, return the order on arrival and notify our Customer Care team by emailing support@fukkuchi.com or calling 9633422148.
