Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy

 

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (2-6 weeks)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you receive the damaged item (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

 

We do not issue the refund if:

  • All the Discounted Purchase are non exchangeable
  • No exchange or return on accessories, bags, baby quits and shoes.
  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

 

  1. Exchanges and returns are accepted, if the customer wishes to exchange or return a particular product then the garment should be sent back to us (address given below) within 5 days of receiving the order. and only after receiving it, we will reship the required garment.
  2. Please maintain the original packaging and the shipment copy/bill copy which is there on the parcel. Kindly send the bill copy with the product sent for exchange.
  3. Please mention Order number, Your name, Address, Email ID and Phone number  on a blank paper and put it inside the box. DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING ON THE ORIGINAL BOX.
  4. Exchanges can be processed only once per order (with given criteria)
  5. All products that need to exchanged and returned, should be sent back to us. We do not provide reverse pick ups.
